Taking the helm from last year’s SF310, Samsung has announced SF311 notebook in its home market. The SF311 boasts an attractive design and is powered by Intel’s latest generation of Core CPUs. The 13.3-inch notebook comes with choices of an integrated GPU or a discrete one, which in this case is Nvidia’s GeForce GT520M and has a SuperBright LCD that is 40 percent more brighter than regular displays. Rounding up the specs, SF311 comes with up to 320GB HDD, 4GB RAM, 1.3MP HD webcam, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 and a 65Wh Li-ion battery promising up to 10 hours of battery life with Samsung’s PowerPlus technology.
The SF311 with discrete GPU will be priced at 1,450,000 won (US$1337) and the integrated graphics model will be available from April 19 for 1,350,000 won (US$1244).
