Many have craved for a Samsung tablet with AMOLED displays but it seems you’ll have to wait a little longer. At the earnings call earlier today, Samsung executive confirmed that there won’t be any tablets with AMOLED display from them this year.

The executive did not explicitly say that they’re working on it but the possibility cannot be ruled out since Samsung has already created a 7-inch AMOLED prototype. Maybe next year?
