Barely after a week Samsung filed a complaint, Apple has now filed a complaint with the US ITC against Samsung and their products. In the complaint, Apple is asking the commission to investigate under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 regarding Samsung’s “Electronic Digital Media Devices,” which means Apple might also seek to stop import and sales of infringed Samsung products.
