US International Trade Commission yesterday confirmed to look into Samsung’s complaint against Apple. The complaint filed by the Korean company alleged Apple products to infringe on their patents and demanded a ban on the infringed products. This is good news for Samsung but it seems there’s a long way to go in this legal battle.

The case will be handed over to one of the Administrative Law Judges who’ll make an initial determination to say if there is any violation or not. The determination will then be reviewed by the Commission.

Samsung and Apple both have filed complaints with the ITC.
