Take it as pure speculation but according to a report on ETNews, Google is looking to release the next Nexus phone in October. The report cites “industry partners” who claim Samsung to have ordered the components for Google’s Nexus Prime device. As for Nexus Prime’s specs, the phone will run Google’s latest Ice Cream Sandwich OS and feature 1.5GHz dual-core processor along with Samsung’s 4.5-inch AMOLED HD display supporting a resolution of 1280×720 pixels.
