Samsung looking to ban iPhone 5 in South Korea

September 19, 2011 By kunal 2 Comments

It seems Samsung is gearing up for the big legal battle against Apple in South Korea. According to an anonymous Samsung executive, Samsung will try and sue Apple for sale of iPhone 5. Samsung will drag the iPhone maker to court on infringement of Samsung’s wireless technology patents used in the next iPhone.

Samsung’s exec reckons Apple’s latest smartphone will be in trouble “for as long as Apple does not drop mobile telecommunications functions.”

Samsung is looking for a complete ban of the iPhone 5.
