Galaxy Tab 10.1 sales ban extended by a week in Australia

December 2, 2011 By kunal Leave a Comment

Australian court has extended sales ban of Galaxy Tab 10.1 by a week, which will further delay the launch of Galaxy Tab 10.1 during the important holiday season. The Australian court recently overturned a sales ban on the Samsung tablet but granted a stay to Apple that was set to expire today.

However, Justice John Dyson Heydon claims the order passed by the Federal court “be stayed pending the termination of applicants application for special leave to appeal.”

The High Court will decide if Apple has the right to appeal.
