Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia

Samsung Australia’s mobile chief confirmed that the lawsuit with Apple did more good than harm to them. Tyler McGee says the lawsuit was followed by an extensive media coverage that helped Galaxy Tab 10.1 to become a “household name.”

Samsung got the green signal from the court last week to sell Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia and according to McGee, it will hit the shelves later this week which could face a short supply against the demand.

Galaxy Tab 10.1 will be loaded with some Australian-centric apps and will sell from AU$579.
