Samsung showed off the HMX-F80 at the CES 2012 and they’ve now announced the new camcorder for South Korea. The HMX-F80 can record videos at 720p resolution but its claim to fame is the 52X optical zoom and up to 65X Intelli zoom.
Moreover, the camcorder has a 5MP CMOS sensor for still images, upscales video output to 1080i via HDMI-out and comes with additional features like My Clip, Smart Background Music, Record Pause and Time-lapse recording.
Samsung will sell the camcorder in two colors – black and silver for 349,000 won.
