Samsung has managed to bag two new 4G contracts in one of the world’s most advanced 4G market – United States. According to I.P. Hong, head of marketing of network-equipment business, Samsung has won contracts from a top and mid-tier operator and will provide 4G equipment to the operators.

Meanwhile, Samsung is vying for an LTE contract from an Indian operator. Hong didn’t reveal the name of the operator but claimed to be a “leading” one and expects the negotiations to work out by end of first half.
