It was a couple of weeks back when Lee Maeng-hee sued the Samsung chairman, Lee Kun-hee for inheritance and now a similar lawsuit has been filed by Lee Kun-hee’s elder sister, Lee Sook-hee against him over the family inheritance.
Lee Sook-hee is demanding the return of assets worth 190 billion won which includes shares in two of Samsung’s subsidiaries – Life Insurance and Electronics.
Lee Sook-hee claims Lee Kun-hee transferred the shares under his own name from the trust his father founded before passing away in 1987.
