Samsung today filed another lawsuit against Apple Inc. in South Korea. The new lawsuit alleges Apple’s iPad 2 and iPhone 4S to infringe three of Samsung’s patents.
All the patents in question are utility patents related to “methods of displaying data, user interface and short text messages.”
Meanwhile, Apple has reportedly put forth a proposal to Samsung to settle the ongoing litigation in exchange of royalty payments.
