Samsung releases bada SDK 2.0.5

March 15, 2012 By kunal Leave a Comment

Samsung has released another update to its bada SDK. The SDK version now stands to 2.0.5 which also includes the official WQVGA SDK and brings the following changes for developers.

– The ratio of the header and footer in the WQVGA resolution UI has been changed. The same header and footer ratio is now used in both WVGA and WQVGA resolutions.

– The default background color for the memory canvas was modified in the API version 2.0. In the 2.0.5 release, the color has been changed back to the original color used in the API version 1.x.

– The font width in WQVGA applications has been changed to 95%. This alleviates the known problem in the API version 1.x applications where some fonts moved out of the display area.

– The problem in WQVA applications using the API version 1.0, where the image was scaled down even when auto-scaling was set to ‘false’, has been corrected.
