Appeals court today overturned the sales injunction imposed on Galaxy Nexus in the United States. The appeals court came to the conclusion that Apple was unable to prove the infringed device irreparably harmed sales of the Apple devices. Furthermore, the appeals court ruled that the district court “abused its discretion” as their findings didn’t prove a strong casual nexus and that the patented feature drove any consumer demand.
