Samsung Releases Android 4.1 Update For Indian Galaxy S III

November 8, 2012 By kunal 3 Comments

Galaxy S III users in India can now update their devices to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean OS. The update is available now as an OTA (over-the-air) or via Kies, if you prefer to do it through a PC.

The DDLJ1 update is about 290MB (OTA) and if you haven’t been notified yet, head over to the settings menu to manually check for the update.

The feature set of Android 4.1 remains unchanged, which includes improved performance, actionable and expandable notification panel, Google Now etc.
