As expected, Samsung has officially confirmed the 10 million shipment milestone for its current flagship Galaxy S4. Samsung has shipped over 10 million units to channels that includes carriers, retailers since the launch of the device on April 27.
The Galaxy S4 is selling at the rate of four units per second and in comparison with previous Galaxy S handsets, it is the fastest selling smartphone for Samsung. The Galaxy S III took 50 days to reach the same milestone while Galaxy S II took five months and Galaxy S seven months.
Samsung has also confirmed to launch new colours in the coming months, which will include Blue Arctic (already launched in Japan), Red Aurora, Purple Mirage and Brown Autumn.
