After announcing the 55-inch and 65-inch UHD TVs in South Korea, Samsung is expanding the availability of its smaller-sized 4K televisions. Similar to Samsung’s 85-inch S9 TV, the F9000 UHD TVs offers 4 times more resolution than the regular full HD HDTV and will be up for pre-order in the United States from July 21.

The TVs are equipped with Samsung’s Quadmatic Picture Engine that enables SD or HD content to upscale to UHD picture quality and features Black Local Dimming technology that offers deeper blacks and improved contrast ratio. Additionally, the TVs support Evolution Kit for future software upgrades and comes with 2-way 2.2 channels of 70-watt sound.

Samsung expects to ship the TVs from August but will be available for pre-order for a price of $5,499.99 for the 55-inch model and $7,499.99 for the 65-inch F9000 UHD TV.
