Samsung shows off UHD OLED TV at IFA 2013

September 5, 2013 By kunal Leave a Comment

UHD OLED TV

Samsung was just getting started with yesterday’s slew of announcements as today they’ve announced an OLED TV supporting Ultra High-Definition (UHD) resolution. The current Curved OLED TV that is on sale maxes out at 1080p but with the one that Samsung is showcasing at the IFA boasts eight million pixels or simply put, four times higher resolution than the current OLED TV.

There’s no info as to when Samsung plans to release it to the masses but if Samsung were to capitalise, we would expect it in the next few months.

Samsung is showcasing its entire OLED and UHD TV range at IFA 2013.
