Lee Seo-Hyun, youngest daughter of Samsung Chairman Lee Kun-Hee has been named as the President of Samsung Everland’s fashion business. Samsung Everland is the de-facto holding company for Samsung Group and is into resort, construction and fashion business, with the latter being recently transferred to Everland from Cheil Industries where Seo-Hyun was the Vice President.
Seo-Hyun’s promotion makes all Lee Kun-Hee’s children holding key positions in Samsung Group and thus, effectively cementing the hold of Lee’s family in the chaebol.
Earlier this year, Forbes featured Lee Seo-Hyun in its list of youngest billionaires under the age 40.
