Tokyo District Court today ruled that Apple won’t have to pay any damages to Samsung as the iPhone maker didn’t infringe on any Samsung patent.

Samsung claimed Apple’s iPhone 4s, iPhone 4 and iPad 2 infringed their data communication patents but Judge Koji Hasegawa thought otherwise.

Expectedly, Samsung is not happy with the verdict and will determine the next course of action after a “thorough review of the ruling.”
