Samsung unveils Galaxy W in South Korea with 7-inch display

We’ve had a Galaxy W in the past but the latest one to be announced is restricted to specific market and audience. The Galaxy W (or Galaxy Wide) offers a 7-inch screen experience in a compact chassis, which Samsung says is comfortable to hold.

The phone will sell in South Korea through SKT and features a 7-inch HD (720p) display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, Android 4.3 OS, 1.5GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, 8 and 2 megapixel cameras, LTE-A support and 3200mAh battery. The 245g tablet also comes with a faux leather and stitch design, Split View, Multi Window, Pop Up Play.

Galaxy W comes in red, white and black for 499,400 won.
