Last week, Samsung and Apple decided to drop the appeal of their patent infringement case at the US International Trade Commission. This is a positive step from both the companies as they have been entangled in a legal battle for few years.
Samsung dropped the appeal where they were trying to reverse the ITC sales ban put on select Samsung products while Apple was appealing on the patent claims it lost.
Samsung is now working on the appeal of district court cases.
