Samsung is now extending the change from Samsung Apps to Galaxy Apps to the pre-installed app as well. Samsung has rolled out a new software update for Samsung Apps that changes the app to Galaxy Apps.
Apart from the change in name, Galaxy Apps now sports a cleaner and more streamlined interface and seems faster and responsive.
Do note that your previously purchased apps will still be available in the account.
