Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy S5 mini in the Indian market after Flipkart teased the device last month. The phone will be available from tomorrow exclusively on Flipkart.com for Rs. 26,499 and will bring most of the features from its elder sibling – Galaxy S5.
The Galaxy S5 mini boasts IP67 certification like the Galaxy S5 to protect it from dust and water and comes with dual-SIM support, 4.5-inch Super AMOLED panel with 1280×720 pixel resolution, 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor, 1.5GB RAM, 8 megapixel main camera with 2.1 megapixel front-facing camera, 16GB internal memory, microSD card slot and 2100mAh battery.
The Android 4.4 running Galaxy S5 mini also features a fingerprint sensor, heart rate sensor, Ultra Power Saving Mode, Kids Mode and Private Mode.
The phone will sell in black, white, gold and blue colours.
