Samsung Ventures, the investment arm of Samsung Electronics, has confirmed that they’ve invested in DocuSign.

The strategic investment makes Samsung a part of the DocuSign Global Trust Network and even a possibility to bring The Global Standard for Digital Transaction Management (DTM) with mobile users.

DocuSign allows a user to sign documents electronically and send them to others quickly.

Samsung plans to use this investment to develop a broader partnership in the near future.
