A new lawsuit against Samsung has been filed by Milk Studios over Samsung’s use of Milk name for its music and video service. The 15-year old studio alleges Samsung “intentionally, willfully and knowingly” used Milk’s trademark despite the studio asking them to stop using it in March. Milk Studios is also asking an undisclosed amount for damages.

Samsung currently offers Milk Music and recently announced Milk Video service.

Interestingly, Samsung used Milk Studios services on more than 18 occasions since 2006 ranging from photo shoots and product launch events.
