Samsung starts rolling out Android 5.1.1 for Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge

Samsung’s Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge have started receiving Android 5.1.1 software update. The update is being rolled out in the US first on T-Mobile and brings in a lot of improvements and bug fixes.

According to SamMobile, the update also adds new features like simplified exposure control system in the camera, a wallpaper parallax effect and removable S Finder and Quick Connect icons from the notifications shade.

The update should reach all T-Mobile Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge users in the coming days and international users can expect the update to hit the global variant in the coming weeks.
