The legal tussle between Samsung and Huawei is about to get murkier as the Korean giant has formally filed a lawsuit against the China-based company on their home turf. According to Reuters, Samsung has filed the lawsuits in multiple courts, however, did not elaborate on the patents Huawei was infringing.

Samsung says the lawsuit comes after their “best efforts” to resolve the matter “amicably”.

The lawsuit also seems to be a retaliation after Huawei sued Samsung in the United States in May related to network and OS.
