Samsungs A-series phones, the A7, A5 and the A3 received a refresh for 2017. Samsung Galaxy A-series phones feature premium metal and 3D glass back. The major changes across the phones are that the Galaxy A phones are now IP68 water and dust resistant. The phones also comes with expandable memory card slot. Other features include always-on display and Type-C port. The phones now also support Samsung Pay in regions where it is supported.
The enhanced cameras in the series are more stable with accurate autofocus, resulting in vibrant and clear photos and selfie even in low-light conditions. Besides this you can now touch anywhere on the screen to take a selfie with the floating camera button and use the display as a front flash for bright pictures.
