No, you won’t find Samsung’s stunningly beautiful devices run Windows OS but the Microsoft Edition Galaxy S8 builds on the existing partnership between Samsung and Microsoft.
The Redmond giant has confirmed to The Verge that they’re accepting pre-orders of Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ Microsoft Edition at US retail stores. While Microsoft claims there’s a “Microsoft customisation” applied to devices bought from them, in reality, the devices come with couple more Microsoft apps like Outlook and Cortana. Rest of the Galaxy S8 series will still have other Microsoft apps pre-installed like OneDrive, Skype and Office and are currently on pre-order in the United States.
If you recollect, Samsung started bundling Microsoft apps after both companies reached a secret agreement couple of years back. The association started with the Galaxy S6.
