Samsung has announced the availability and pricing of ‘The Frame’ TV for the American market. The Frame that transforms a TV into a gallery-like art display can be purchased in the United States from June 18 in two display sizes – 65-inch and 55-inch priced at $2,799 and $1,999 respectively.
Recipient of many awards, including CES 2017’s Best of Innovation Award, The Frame has been designed by Yves Behar that not only allows users to enjoy 4K content on the TV but also allow to exhibit art or photographs through the TV’s Art Mode. The Art Mode can be chosen to display paintings or photographs from world-renowned artists and photographers.
Moreover, Samsung will also have an ‘Art Store’ wherein customers can purchase art from the store for $19.99 a piece or subscribe to the complete collection for $4.99 a month.
Optional frames for the TV will also be available for $199 for the 55-inch and $249 for 65-inch.
