Samsung has announced that Samsung Health ‘Ask An Expert’ service, will cease to exist after 20 September of this year in India. We are not sure about other regions. Ask an Expert, powered by Babylon, is a service which is available in the Samsung Health app. It allows you to check your symptoms, get health information and arrange live virtual appointments with a doctor.

Below is the message that we received on our Samsung device –

So if you are a Samsung Health user and have purchased this subscription, kindly redeem the same before it expires by 20 September 2019.
