Samsung has announced the launch of The Frame (HL03H model) for hotels and premium commercial spaces at HITEC 2026, bringing the design language of the consumer-grade Art TV to the hospitality sector to deliver artwork, entertainment, and connected guest services.
To suit the commercialized nature of the television, The Frame’s panel features a 4K QLED display with an Anti-Glare matte coating to reduce reflections from room fixtures. The physical chassis features a 27.5 mm ultra-slim profile designed to mount flush against structural walls via an included Slim Fit Wall Mount. The external One Connect Box found on the consumer model goes away by integrating key connection components into the display itself.
Samsung introduces artificial intelligence features to the hospitality TV lineup for the first time. An AI-powered Live Translate feature automatically decodes local broadcasts and Samsung TV Plus content into real-time subtitles for foreign hotel guests. A Generative Background engine also allows patrons to construct custom visual motifs on the display.
When the television remains inactive, an integrated Collection Hub software layer manages the presentation of curated artwork, digital photography, or specific hotel branding assets, which can be managed and deployed remotely across multiple rooms through the proprietary Samsung LYNK Cloud centralized platform.
Samsung will begin the global rollout in the second half of 2026 with four display size options: 43-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch, and 75-inch.
