Samsung’s legal tussle with Apple has taken a new turn as the Korean giant has filed a complaint to US ITC against Apple. We don’t have the full details yet but the complaint filed yesterday asks the commission to conduct an investigation “regarding certain Mobile Electronic Devices, Including Wireless Communication Devices, Portable Music and Data Processing Devices, and Tablet Computer,” which understandably refers to the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices.
