Video: Galaxy R Demo

Looks like Samsung is gearing up for the big launch of Galaxy R (aka Galaxy Z). Check out this short demonstration video showing off few features of the Galaxy R. To regurgitate, Galaxy R will be a cheaper variant of Galaxy S II and will feature lower specs like a 4.2-inch Super LCD screen, 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 processor, 5MP camera with 720p HD video recording, Social/Readers/Music/Game Hub support, Wi-Fi, GPS, FM Radio, 8GB internal memory and microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB.

Samsung was supposed to launch the device in UK but has apparently backtracked at the moment saying it has not been “confirmed” for the UK market.

UPDATE: We’ve been told Galaxy R should be announced pretty soon. Europe will be the first stop followed by South West Asia, Middle East and China.
