Samsung Galaxy Note gets official, comes with 5.3-inch HD Super AMOLED Display

What was rumored as Galaxy Q for few months has now been unveiled as Galaxy Note. Apt to its name, Galaxy Note allows users to take handwritten notes on the phone’s Pen UX using the included S Pen. On the hardware front, Galaxy Note is equipped with the world’s first 5.3-inch HD Super AMOLED Display (WXGA 1280×800, 285ppi) and comes with 1.4GHz dual-core processor, 8MP camera with LED flash, 2MP camera on the front, full HD video recording / playback support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, optional NFC, A-GPS, microSD card slot and 1,200mAh 2,500mAh battery.

    Dimensions need to be corrected too! As of these stated above it should be smaller than my 4,0″ SGS.

    Super Amoled Plus is 285ppi, HD would be more.
