Samsung to appeal Galaxy Tab 10.1’s ban in Germany

September 14, 2011 By kunal Leave a Comment

Not a surprise really but Samsung has confirmed that they’ll appeal against the ban imposed on sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany. Samsung will file an appeal in the Dusseldorf higher regional court but hasn’t revealed what the appeal will be based on.

Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 was banned in Germany last week after the Dusseldorf court ruled that the Samsung tablet copied iPad’s “minimalistic” design.
