Both Samsung Galaxy Player 4.0 and 5.0 also have:
1. FM radio (uses headphones as antenna but can also redirect audio the onboard stereo speakers)
2. GPS (can use with offline maps, but I hear the synching of positioning with the map needs work – an app thing, not a hardware issue)
3. Easily replaceable battery 🙂
4. Optional vibration feedback (silent alarms, touching keys, games… per user manual at http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/YP-G1CW ).
Apple’s iPod Touch 4th Gen does not have any of the above features, so I think Samsung Galaxy Players raise the bar for WiFi-only personal media players.
