German court rejects patent infringement claims from both Apple and Samsung

March 2, 2012 By kunal Leave a Comment

The regional court in Mannheim just gave their decision on the lawsuits filed by both Apple and Samsung. The court rejected claims of two different lawsuits, one which alleged Samsung to violate Apple’s slide-to-unlock technology and other relating to the 3G patent which Samsung felt was violated by Apple.

We’ll add more details as soon as possible but for now, it seems we’re back to square one.

UPDATE: Foss Patents points out that Samsung and Apple may file an appeal after today’s decision.
