Samsung developed an Intel-based Windows 8 tablet in the past and according to the latest report by Bloomberg, Samsung is looking to expand its Windows OS portfolio with another tablet. The new tablet slated for October will use an ARM-based chip and run Windows RT, which is an ARM-optimized Windows version. While rest of the details about the tablet are sketchy, the report also claims Samsung will use a Qualcomm Snapdragon chip.
