Samsung expected the Galaxy S III sales to pass the 10 million mark this month and JK Shin, president of Samsung’s IT and mobile communication division confirmed that it has indeed surpassed the landmark.
Although Shin didn’t divulge the exact number, the phone has undoubtedly become the fastest selling smartphone for Samsung.
To put it mathematically, Samsung is selling around 190,000 Galaxy S IIIs everyday and managed to reach this feat in just under 2 months compared to Galaxy S II’s 5 months.
