Samsung will most likely unravel a slightly beefed up version of Galaxy S II. The purported Galaxy S II Plus has been sighted on Chilean carrier VTR’s website that also reveals the specs of the device. According to the specification sheet, the Galaxy S II Plus will run Android 4.0 and feature a 1.5GHz dual-core CPU, 4.52-inch Super AMOLED display, 8MP camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 16GB internal memory and expandable via microSD card slot.
