Samsung at the Samsung Mobile Solutions Forum 2012 announced the start of mass production of its 128GB eMMC for mobile devices. Samsung says in addition to ample storage, the new eMMC is fast that achieves a read speed of up to 140MB/s and adheres to JEDEC eMMC v4.5 specification.
Just like other eMMC Pro, this too uses NAND with a toggle DDR 2.0 interface fabricated with 20 nanometer class process technology.
