Apple intends to add Galaxy S4 to its list of infringing devices and today they’ve filed a motion claiming Samsung’s latest flagship phone to infringe five of their patents. In the filing, Apple says they got the device on April 27 and following their analysis, came to the conclusion that the new device infringed the patents the same way as previously named products.
Apple alleges Galaxy S4 infringes on two UI-related patents, two Siri-related and data synchronization patents.
Apple’s filing also revealed that they’ve been looking into the confidential source code for additional infringements.
