At the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear event today, Samsung executive Vineet Taneja confirmed the launch of the third product that was a part of the Mobile Unpacked event. The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) will be announced in October. We don’t have any other details apart from this confirmation but given the Indian market, we can expect Samsung to sell only the 3G variant.
The new Galaxy Note 10.1 boasts a WQXGA Super Clear LCD (2560×1600) 10.1-inch display along with the new 1.9GHz Exynos 5 Octa processor and 3GB RAM. Additionally, it has an 8MP BSI sensor rear-facing, 2MP front-facing camera, GPS, microSD card slot, 16GB internal memory, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 8220mAh battery. On the software side, it will run Android 4.3 along with improved S Pen and S Note functionality, Air Command, improved Multi-window, Samsung Hub, WatchON, My Magazine.
