Samsung ships 10 million Galaxy Note 3 in 2 months

Galaxy Note 3 colours

Samsung has confirmed the shipment numbers of its latest flagship phone – Galaxy Note 3. They’ve sold over (supply basis) 10 million units to retail channels, carriers, distributors etc. The Galaxy Note 3 may not be the fastest selling Galaxy device for Samsung (Galaxy S4 shipped the same number of units in a month) but it is indeed the fastest selling Galaxy Note.

The original Galaxy Note device took about 9 months to reach the same shipment figure while the predecessor – Galaxy Note 2 reached the 10 million unit mark in 4 months.

Samsung says they released the phone in late September in over 50 countries and enjoys good popularity in China, South Korea, Japan and other Southeast Asian countries.

Samsung recently introduced new colours of the Galaxy Note 3 that will enable them to keep the sales momentum going.
