Reports coming out of South Korea claim that CEO of Apple and Samsung Electronics – Tim Cook and JK Shin respectively met last week to settle their multi-year ongoing global lawsuit. The outcome however, was unfavourable to both the parties as Korean outlets claim that the settlement talks fell apart and will expectedly head back to court for the law to take its course.
This will not be the first time as both the companies have sat together in the past to solve their issues.
As for the battle inside the court, both companies are set to meet in different countries next month.
