Samsung is known to court app developers for their Samsung Apps platform. This year, Samsung is initiating the first Smart App Challenge with the Gear App Challenge. Details are slim at the moment but the challenge will start from May 8 and Samsung will give away $1.25 million worth of cash and goodies to the best app developers.
Samsung will hopefully announce more details at the Developer Days that will be held worldwide.
