Samsung unveils Galaxy Note Edge for Japan

Samsung has announced the Galaxy Note Edge smartphone for the Japanese market. The announcement came at the Galaxy Note Edge World Tour 2014 in Tokyo today and confirmed the phone will be available to consumers by end of October through KDDI and NTT Docomo.

Japan will be the first market in the world to get the Galaxy Note Edge that sports an edge display to give quick access to favourite apps, notifications and more.

Just like the Galaxy Note 4, the Galaxy Note Edge also supports S Pen input and comes with 5.6-inch Quad HD (1440×2560) Super AMOLED display, 2.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor, 16 megapixel camera, 2.1 megapixel front-facing camera, and 3000mAh battery.
