Well, that was quick! Just last week Samsung announced the Galaxy A8 for China and now the phone will soon be available in its home market, South Korea. The phone will be released on SKT on July 24 for 649,000 Korean won in colour options of white and gold.
Galaxy A8 is the thinnest Android phone Samsung currently has in its arsenal and packs in some decent hardware despite the thinness.
The 5.9mm phone takes some design inspiration from Samsung’s Galaxy S6 and comes with a 5.7-inch Full HD 1920×1080 Super AMOLED Display, octa-core processor and 2GB RAM. It also features 16 megapixel rear facing camera with 5 megapixel on the front.
Additionally, it comes with 3050mAh battery, 32GB internal memory and an expandable microSD card slot.
